Job Description

  • Execution of mechanical maintenance as per plan and in alignment with standards of TPM / WCM and documentation.
  • Breakdown & preventive maintenance of Production machineries and utilities.
  • Operation and maintenance of process and utility equipments.
  • To adhere with preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
  • Reduction of B/D and schedule condition monitoring and proper selection of spares.
  • Reduction of inventory by standardization of spares.
  • Implementing WCM and Chillworth recommendations and completion of activities related to OHSAS 18001.
  • Ensuring no. of reportable accidents to Nil for the jobs handled.
  • To prepare daily report of maintenance of respective department & follow the necessary instructions given by department head.
  • To guide and train the technicians of their department for performing efficiently.
