Assistant Finance Manager

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Finance Manager to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Conduct variance analysis and report on financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and liaising with auditors.
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.
• Assist in the management of accounts payable and receivable processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
