About the role:
We&aposre looking for a finance professional to manage monthly MIS, budgeting, and forecasting while driving business insights through variance analysis and KPI tracking. They should build financial models, support strategic decisions, and partner cross-functionally to align financial plans. Proficiency in tools like Excel or Power BI for reporting automation is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly MIS, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual results and forecasts/budgets.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and business planning.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver insightful reporting to business stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support strategic initiatives, cost optimization, and profitability analysis.
- Partner with departments (sales, operations, HR, etc.) to align financial plans with business objectives.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reports.
- Assist in automating reporting processes and improving efficiency through tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar.
You should apply if you
- Semi Qualified CA with upto 3 years experience / Qualified CA fresher
- 2-4 years of experience in the similar domain
- You have a hands-on experience with accounts, payments, MIS
- Advannce Excel knowledge
