Strengthen Internal controls & SOPs
Develop Internal Control frameworks
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise cost and improve financial performance.
Supervise and mentor junior finance team members to achieve departmental goals.
Assist in auditing processes and maintain accurate records for internal and external audits.
Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
Monitor cash flow and manage risk assessments effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Financial Controller should have:

Professional certification such as CA
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
