Primary Job Responsibilities
Classroom
- Create a lecture plan including a standard timeline on the domain-specific subject.
- Conduct classes with special emphasis on conceptual clarity.
- Ability to manage multiple batches of classes every day.
- Conduct tests and their discussions.
- Developing, reviewing and updating course materials, including class PPTs, PDF, notes and daily assignments.
- Interactive Doubt Clearing Sessions at regular intervals.
YouTube
- Conducting programmes related to Banking courses on our YouTube channel.
- Adhere to academic standards set by Drishti.
- Brainstorm materials and activities for such programmes.
Publications
- Work in close coordination with Content Head for Books.
- Review content from related publications of Drishti Banking .
- Initiate projects and contribute ideas towards new publications.
