Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Facility Manager/Facility Manager located in Bengaluru. The AFM/FM will be responsible for Facilities Operations, Customer Satisfaction, Building Management, and Communication. Duties will include daily coordination of facility activities, managing vendor relationships, and interfacing with clients and customers.
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functional.
- Manage a team of Housekeeping and Maintenance staff and coordinate with external contractors for repairs and maintenance.
- Oversee the maintenance of critical equipment, and develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all systems, including electrical, plumbing, and critical equipment.
- Works closely with internal and external maintenance to report maintenance problems, schedule requests and report housekeeping inconsistencies and challenges.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
- Maintain accurate records of facility operations, maintenance activities, and project statuses.
- Oversees the front desk and hospitality services offered to all lines of business.
- Responsible for the delivery of meeting services in client-facing offices.
- Review and processing of vendor-related invoicing.
