Job Title: Assistant Manager Facilities

Experience: 7+ Years (Minimum 3+ years in a managerial/supervisory role)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Facilities to oversee soft services operations and ensure efficient facility management. The candidate should have strong experience in manpower handling, budgeting, cost control, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and facility services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise soft services operations including housekeeping and cleaning services.
  • Plan and monitor carpet shampooing schedules and deep cleaning activities.
  • Ensure proper space management and monitoring of area (SQFT) for housekeeping deployment.
  • Handle manpower planning, scheduling, and team supervision for facility staff.
  • Prepare and manage facility budgets, ensuring effective cost control.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality standards are maintained.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards across the facility.
  • Generate reports and ensure compliance with facility management policies.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Facilities Management.
  • Minimum 3+ years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • Strong experience in soft services, housekeeping operations, and manpower handling.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and facility operations planning.
  • Understanding of SQFT-based deployment and cleaning standards.
  • Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in corporate facilities, IT parks, malls, or commercial buildings.
  • Ability to manage vendors and service providers.
