The Assistant Manager – Facilities is responsible for driving operational excellence across Travel, Visa & Immigration, Hospitality, Transport, Administrative Projects, and Facility Management functions.
The role provides strategic operational support by ensuring governance, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, vendor performance optimization, and infrastructure reliability across corporate and project locations.
The incumbent acts as a key enabler of business continuity and employee experience while ensuring alignment with organizational growth objectives.
Accountabilities
Operational Governance: Establish standardized processes and service benchmarks across FMS verticals.
Visa & Immigration Compliance: Ensure proactive monitoring and risk-free immigration management.
Transport & Fleet Optimization: Lead cost-effective, safe, and compliant fleet operations.
Hospitality & Workplace Experience: Elevate service standards for guest accommodation and executive support.
Lead planning and execution of office setups, renovations, expansions, and relocation projects.
Oversee end-to-end facility operations including housekeeping, soft services ,Cafeteria , electrical, plumbing, utilities, and technical services.
Continuous Improvement & Digitization: Drive automation, Kaizen, BLI, and CIP initiatives across FMS functions.
Plan and execute corporate events including town halls, leadership meetings, annual functions, project inaugurations, client visits, and board meetings.
Prepare annual budgets for FMS, Travel, Transport, Events, and Administrative Projects & Monitor monthly budget vs. actual expenditures.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel management, / Business Administration / Facility Management
6–10 years in Facility & Administrative Operations and Travel operation a must.
