Job Description

• Manage helpdesk operations ensuring timely response and resolution of escalated issues

• Oversee front office operations and maintain high standards of housekeeping and upkeep

• Supervise mailroom operations and ensure proper handling of official communications

• Monitor security operations including deployment, compliance, and incident handling

• Manage housekeeping services including inspections, quality checks, and issue resolution

• Ensure effective cafeteria operations including hygiene, food quality, vendor coordination, and service efficiency

• Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to identify and resolve operational issues

• Monitor vendor performance and contribute to vendor evaluation and performance metrics

• Handle crisis management, emergency response, and escalation processes

• Prepare staff rosters and manage workforce scheduling across functions

• Maintain logs, documentation, and ensure compliance with policies, SLAs, and statutory requirements

• Support audits (ISO, internal, external) and ensure proper documentation and compliance

• Coordinate with engineering and other teams for issue resolution and maintenance activities

• Train and manage third-party vendor staff and ensure adherence to policie
