About The Opportunity
We are hiring on-site Assistant EYP Homeroom Teachers for two vibrant Bangalore campuses (Koramangala and Sadashivnagar). This role supports delivery of developmentally appropriate, play-led learning experiences for children in the early years, maintains safe classroom routines, and partners closely with lead teachers and parents to track progress.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the lead homeroom teacher to deliver daily play-based lessons, routines, and learning centres aligned to the early years curriculum.
- Facilitate small-group and one-to-one activities that promote language, motor, social-emotional, and cognitive development.
- Observe, document, and maintain learning records and development milestones; contribute to formative assessments and progress reports.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment; manage transitions, behaviour expectations and hygiene routines.
- Communicate clearly with parents/carers on daily updates, learning highlights and any areas of concern; support parent-teacher interactions.
- Assist with classroom preparation, resource management and participation in staff training and curriculum planning meetings.
