Job Title : Assistant ( Examinations)
Job Summary
The Assistant will provide efficient academic, administrative, and coordination support to ensure smooth operational workflows, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with university and regulatory requirements, while supporting faculty, staff, and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations across academics, examinations
- Coordinate with faculty, staff, and students for administrative and academic requirements
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of reports, MIS, and documentation for audits and regulatory submissions (NAAC, AICTE, NIRF, etc.)
- Facilitate examination processes, including scheduling, verification, and coordination
- Manage communication, records, and data with accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide timely support in general administration and departmental coordination
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree from a statutory university
Professional Certifications
- Any relevant certification in office administration, or academic management is desirable but not mandatory
Professional Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in academic administration, examinations
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or coordination role is preferred
Skills and Competencies
- Hands-on expertise in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Oracle and SAP is preferred
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities with high attention to detail
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with academic administration, examination processes, and regulatory compliance
