Key responsibilities
Responsible for Line quality for India plant
Responsible for maintenance of quality related records.
Ensuring the Product produced by production are passed after Quality Check.
Ensure Online QA inspection at every station as per the Control plan.
To perform the customer complaint part analysis / assembly line rejection analysis and
initiate the action
Analysis and action report preparation (8D / 5W2H).
Ensuring the Product produced by production are passed after Quality Check
Ensure Online QA inspection at every station as per the Control plan
Continuously improving Line QA Inspection
To perform the Final outgoing inspection at end of the shift
To perform the customer complaint part analysis / assembly line rejection analysis and

Requirements:
Qualification :
Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in preferably
automotive industry.
Skills :
Knowledge and experience in PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC
Knowledge and experience in problem solving. 8D, 5Why, Fishbone diagram. FTA
Strong understanding of Customer Quality Management System requirements.
