Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Ecommerce Manager located in Gurugram. The Assistant Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, managing sales and marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The role entails driving online sales, enhancing the customer experience, and optimizing the website/marketplace for better conversion rates. Experience on platforms like Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon would be preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in E-Commerce
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
  • Proven Sales and Marketing experience, particularly in an online environment
  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
