Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant District Manager for the Mumbai Zone. The Assistant District Manager will oversee the daily operational management of emergency medical services in the assigned district, ensure compliance with organizational protocols, and coordinate with medical teams and field staff. Responsibilities include performance tracking, executing operational strategies, monitoring resource allocation, and ensuring alignment with the goals and mission of the organization. The position also involves liaison with local authorities and stakeholders, ensuring consistent service delivery and on-ground efficiency.

Qualifications

• Leadership and operational management skills, with experience in supervising teams and coordinating activities
• Strong organizational abilities with problem-solving and decision-making expertise
• Knowledge of emergency response services and healthcare systems is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring
• Ability to work on-site in Pune and visit different locations as needed within the Mumbai Zone
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field; relevant experience will be considered
• Proficiency in regional languages (Marathi/Hindi) and familiarity with the Mumbai Zone geography are advantageous
