Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Sachika Hotels, located in North Guwahati. The role involves overseeing food and beverage operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high culinary standards, and managing day-to-day food service activities. The Assistant Director will also be responsible for implementing budgets, hiring, training and supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and achieving operational excellence within the food and beverage department.

Qualifications

• Experience with Food Service, Food & Beverage management, and Culinary Skills
• Proven ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Proven capacity to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control to optimize operations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in the Food and Beverage dept.
• Should act as a bridge between the FnB production and service Branches.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred
