Hiring: Assistant Director - Finance & Accounts | Chennai
We're looking for a dynamic finance leader to take on a high-impact role, working closely with the Chairman & leadership team.
This is a strategic role offering complete ownership of the finance function and strong exposure to business decision-making.
Lead end-to-end finance & accounting function
Drive budgeting, MIS, and financial planning
Ensure compliance, audit, and risk management
Manage cash flow, ROI, and financial controls
Partner with leadership on strategy, investments & growth initiatives
Qualified CA (mandatory)
12-18 years of experience
Strong expertise in MIS, budgeting & financial strategy
Proven experience in team handling & stakeholder management
Direct interaction with top leadership
High ownership + strategic exposure
