We are looking for an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities to drive digital growth, content marketing and campaign performance across our platforms.

Role Overview

The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of Saffronart's digital marketing initiatives across auctions, brand campaigns and customer engagement. The role requires a data-driven marketer with strong content instincts, excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams while managing day-to-day marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

·      Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid media.

·      Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on key digital marketing metrics.

·      Stay updated on evolving digital marketing trends, platform updates, emerging technologies and industry best practices.

·      Work closely with external agencies and platform partners to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Content Marketing

·      Develop and execute content marketing strategies for digital platforms including social media, email marketing and website content.

·      Collaborate with editorial, design and specialist teams to create compelling campaigns that align with business objectives.

·      Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging and visual communication across channels.

·      Contribute to copywriting and content planning for campaigns, launches and engagement initiatives.

Reporting & Analysis

·      Create regular reports and dashboards to evaluate campaign performance, audience engagement and marketing effectiveness.

·      Analyse digital marketing data and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

·      Track KPIs across campaigns and recommend data-backed improvements.

Stakeholder Management

·      Coordinate with internal departments including editorial, design, technology, sales and business teams to execute campaigns efficiently.

·      Manage communication with external vendors, agencies and partners where required.

·      Ensure projects are delivered within timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Team Management

·      Support, mentor and manage junior team members.

·      Allocate work, review deliverables and ensure efficient collaboration across the marketing function.

·      Foster a culture of accountability, creativity and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications & Skills

·      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.

·      6+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing.

·      Strong and up-to-date understanding of digital marketing platforms, performance marketing, email marketing, social media and content marketing.

·      Excellent content marketing skills with proficiency in either copywriting or digital design.

·      Strong analytical skills with experience in creating marketing reports and presentations.

·      Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.

·      Demonstrated experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.

·      High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Software Proficiency

·      Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

·      Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

·      Canva or equivalent digital design software

·      Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Experience working in the art, luxury, auction, culture or heritage sectors is an advantage.

·      Understanding of audience development, brand storytelling and content-led marketing.

·      Familiarity with CRM, email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.
