Role Description

Rentickle is seeking an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager for an on-site, full-time role located in Gurugram. The selected candidate will oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, analyse digital strategies using web analytics, and optimize campaigns for lead generation. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing performance and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing, including managing campaigns across various platforms and creating engaging content.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategies with an emphasis on online growth initiatives and audience engagement.
• Experience in Lead Generation through digital campaigns and other marketing activities.
• Strong understanding of Web Analytics to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
• Foundational skills in Marketing strategy and implementation to support business goals.
• Expert in High-ROI Meta & Google Ads Architecture, Advanced Paid Media Strategy & Data-Driven Growth
• Ability to thrive in an on-site setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in the e-commerce, furniture, or rental sector is a plus.
