Job description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Design Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing residential interior projects from concept to completion while mentoring junior designers and ensuring that each project meets the brand's design and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of interior designers across interior projects.
- Translate client briefs into practical, innovative, and aesthetically aligned design solutions.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, project managers, and the execution team.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Provide design guidance, mentor junior designers, and maintain documentation standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design (preferred).
- Strong understanding of residential interior design trends, materials, and execution techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
