Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the building finishing product portfolio in Delhi NCR.
  • Identify and engage with key real estate developers, architects, consultants, and project contractors.
  • Generate and convert high-value leads from residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Project Specification & Approvals:
  • Ensure product specifications and approvals from consultants, architects, and PMC firms.
  • Collaborate with the application engineering team to provide technical support during trials, mockups, and site demonstrations.
  • Channel & Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with key developer accounts and influencers.
  • Coordinate with channel partners, project applicators, and influencers to drive pull-through sales.
  • Conduct regular reviews with distributors to ensure availability and movement of finishing products.
  • Coordination & Reporting:
  • Work closely with internal teams including Technical Services and central TM teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries, project funnel data, and monthly business MIS reports.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of construction chemicals and building finishing solutions.
  • Experience in dealing with developers, consultants, and site teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Project sales orientation with strong execution capability.
  • Basic understanding of site application practices and standards.
