Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the building finishing product portfolio in Delhi NCR.
Identify and engage with key real estate developers, architects, consultants, and project contractors.
Generate and convert high-value leads from residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Project Specification & Approvals:
Ensure product specifications and approvals from consultants, architects, and PMC firms.
Collaborate with the application engineering team to provide technical support during trials, mockups, and site demonstrations.
Channel & Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with key developer accounts and influencers.
Coordinate with channel partners, project applicators, and influencers to drive pull-through sales.
Conduct regular reviews with distributors to ensure availability and movement of finishing products.
Coordination & Reporting:
Work closely with internal teams including Technical Services and central TM teams.
Maintain accurate CRM entries, project funnel data, and monthly business MIS reports.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of construction chemicals and building finishing solutions.
Experience in dealing with developers, consultants, and site teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Project sales orientation with strong execution capability.
Basic understanding of site application practices and standards.
