Personal Assistant to Founder / Director

We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder / Director of a fast-growing, global consulting startup operating across technology, AI-driven solutions, and multi-industry advisory services. The organization works closely with international clients and leadership teams across India, Australia, and the US, delivering efficiency-led, innovative business solutions.

About the Role

This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in a startup environment, works closely with leadership, and can manage priorities with speed, accuracy, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, travel, and day-to-day schedules
  • Handle email and communication on behalf of the Founder (Outlook & Gmail)
  • Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and track action items
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure execution
  • Support presentations, reports, research, and documentation
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
  • Assist across multiple projects and industries as required

Ideal Candidate

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable handling international clients and correspondence
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently in a startup setup.
