Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Channel Sales / Partnership Manager to support the growth of our partner ecosystem in India. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners while assisting in executing partnership strategies that drive revenue and market expansion.
You will work closely with the Channel Sales and Business teams to build strong partner relationships, support deal flow, and ensure partner success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification and onboarding of new channel partners across India
- Assist in managing day-to-day relationships with existing partners
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to enable partner success
- Help execute channel sales strategies and partnership initiatives
- Track partner performance, pipeline, and revenue contributions
- Assist in creating business plans and go-to-market strategies for partners
- Support partners with product training, demos, and sales enablement
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through partner networks
- Maintain CRM hygiene and partner activity tracking (Zoho or similar)
- Participate in events, networking, and partner outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partnerships, or B2B Sales
- Basic understanding of channel partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to support business planning and execution
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
- Experience in SaaS, telecom, or CPaaS is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
