Candidates having previous experience in Co-working community/commercial real estate / coworking / enterprise selling / Independent Property Consultant shall be preferred.

Job Description - Assistant Centre Manager

As the Assistant Centre Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional experience for all members at The Circle.Work. Your role combines community management, operations, and sales to drive both member satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless experience for all members

Maintain a sparkling clean, secure, and efficient workspace

Become the friendly face of The Circle.Work, fostering a sense of community, and building strong relationships with members

Plan and host engaging events that spark collaboration and networking

Drive revenue and occupancy targets

Generate leads through IPCs, brokers, local networks, referrals, and online platforms

Manage the full sales cycle tours, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, existing members, broker partners, and local business communities

Support basic Centre responsibilities such as addressing member queries, coordinating meeting room bookings, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day member experience

Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the Bangalore ecosystem

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

4 - 6 years of experience, preferably in the co-working industry

Strong communication skills with Kannada proficiency mandatory

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting

Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle basic Centre coordination independently
