Role Responsibilities:

  • Co-own P&L, growth, and CX for assigned fashion category
  • Build and execute brand/category strategies with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with brands for marketing, trends, and customer journey improvements
  • Interpret customer insights to enhance NPS and conversion

Key Deliverables:

  • 1Y/3Y category strategy plans with execution roadmap
  • Trend reports and fashion communication decks
