Role Description

The Assistant Buyer - Beauty role at TJC is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves supporting the buying team in identifying, sourcing, and managing beauty products that align with the company's goals. Responsibilities include assisting with supplier negotiations, analyzing market trends, maintaining inventory levels, preparing reports on sales and profit performance, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize product offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills to assist with sales analysis and inventory management
• Knowledge of beauty products, markets, and current industry trends
• Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing product information and administrative tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
• Ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Jaipur
• Experience in buying, product sourcing, or retail is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
