Role: Assistant Business Manager
At Livspace, the Assistant Business Manager plays a key role in driving business growth by managing customer relationships, supporting sales performance, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from consultation to project sign-off. You will work closely with designers, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience while achieving business targets.
What You'll Own
● Manage customer interactions and guide them through the Livspace design journey
● Support business development and drive revenue generation through effective sales conversion
● Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
● Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
● Track sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
● Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets
● Resolve customer concerns proactively and ensure high customer satisfaction
● Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities through exceptional service
What We're Looking For
● 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or account management
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
● Strong customer-facing and relationship management skills
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
● Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
● Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
● Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
● High ownership mindset with a focus on customer experience and business outcomes
