I. PURPOSE
The role supports brand building, digital marketing, competitor analysis, product understanding, and on-ground execution for assigned projects. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational rigor, campaign execution, insight generation, hoarding/site branding management, and offline activation delivery. The Assistant Manager will handle a portfolio of projects and ensure alignment with Sunteck's premium positioning
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KPAs)
Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
Market Understanding & Strategic Inputs
Analyse sales data, consumer behaviour, and market trends to provide inputs for product positioning and communication.
Support annual/project-specific brand strategy based on customer insights & competitor mapping.
Brand Development & Communication
Work with agencies on creatives, messaging, visual identity, and campaign storytelling.
Assist in launch communication, brochures, project collaterals, AVs, on-site branding, and content development.
Offline Execution & Operations
Conduct recce, shortlist vendors, evaluate costs, and support empanelment while driving innovative OOH ideas and formats.
Possess operating knowledge of print technologies (screen printing, digital printing, paper GSM, fabrication methods) and ensure accurate on time execution with vendors.
Manage BTL activations, open houses, events, exhibitions, and local marketing initiatives.
Monitor vendor & agency execution quality.
Marketing Strategy & Competitor Intelligence
Track micro-market trends, competition projects, pricing patterns & buyer behaviour.
Provide insight-driven recommendations for product, communication, and media strategy.
Budget Allocation & Budget Management
Assist in planning annual and project-wise marketing budgets across ATL, BTL, OOH, digital, and production activities.
Track weekly/monthly spends vs. allocated budgets to ensure alignment with planned activities.
Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure cost efficiencies while maintaining quality.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work with Sales, CRM, Product, Digital & external agencies for campaign alignment and execution.
Support Cluster Head on management reports, analyses, and leadership presentations.
