This role sits at the intersection of creative, performance, and execution.
As Brand Manager, you'll own the day-to-day brand engine: managing agencies, shaping content, upgrading the look & feel of the brand, and ensuring everything lands on time, on budget, and on-brand across social, website, campaigns, and launches.
You'll work closely with the founder and external agencies, with real ownership and the chance to grow into a broader marketing / product marketing role over time.

- Urban Jungle's content quality and aesthetic visibly upgrades across website, social, and ecommerce
- Brand campaigns, shoots, and launches are well-planned, well-executed, and cost effective
- Agencies are guided clearly and creatively not left guessing
Key Responsibilities
- Own all brand execution across influencer marketing, shoots, social media, ecommerce assets, and launches
- Work with creative, influencer, and production agencies briefs, timelines, costing, feedback, closures
- Help ideate and execute brand campaigns: concepts, shoot planning, asset requirements, budgets
- Manage the end-to-end creative pipeline from idea execution delivery
- Ensure brand content works for both aesthetic appeal and performance metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to deliver assets across multiple stakeholders
- Support founder-led brand initiatives with strong project management and taste-level judgment
Must-Have Skills
- Strong aesthetic sense understands what looks premium and clutter-breaking
- Experience managing agencies, shoots, creators, or content pipelines
- Ability to balance creativity + performance thinking
- Solid project management skills (timelines, budgets, dependencies)
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving setup
Good-to-Have
- Experience in D2C, fashion, lifestyle, accessories, or consumer brands
- Exposure to influencer marketing and TOF brand campaigns
- Familiarity with ecommerce / website content requirements
- Early exposure to basic performance metrics and creative testing
