Over the past decade, Hector Beverages has expanded its product line to include fruit juices, coconut water, and iconic Indian beverages such as Aam panna and Jal-jeera and foods & dry fruits which includes products such as Chikki, Aam Papad, range of raw, roasted, and flavored dry fruits that includes mix of nuts, berries & seeds. Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Brand Manager. The ideal candidate is data-driven, execution-focused, and passionate about building and scaling consumer brands in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Execution

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including promotions, digital marketing, advertising, and on-ground activations.

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand assets and communication.

• Partner with product development teams for new product launches. Business & Category Management

• Analyze market trends, consumer demographics, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to develop actionable insights.

• Monitor brand performance metrics and recommend strategic adjustments. • Identify growth opportunities in collaboration with the Category Head. Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with pan-India sales teams for product launches, placements, and performance tracking.

• Support execution across regions (travel involved).

• Prepare and present brand performance reports to management and key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Undergraduate or Graduate from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions with relevant experience.

• Strong MS Excel skills and business presentation capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

• Willingness to travel and collaborate cross-functionally.

• Passion for brand building and driving measurable growth.
