Role Overview
We're looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who can own how the brand shows up across content, campaigns, and culture. This is not a coordination role; it's a hands-on, execution-first position for someone who can think, write, and build a brand in real time.
You'll be responsible for shaping the brand voice, driving content strategy, and executing campaigns that people actually engage with not just scroll past.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 4–6 years in brand marketing, content, or advertising
- Background: Advertising agencies, D2C brands (especially food & beverage), FMCG, or digital-first consumer brands
- Core Strengths:
- Copywriting, storytelling, brand building, social media strategy, content planning, creator/influencer management, campaign execution
Job Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years in brand marketing, content strategy, or advertising
- At least 1–2 years owning a brand end-to-end (not just executing briefs)
Education
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA (Marketing) or Mass Communication is a plus, not mandatory
Key Skills
- Strong command over brand voice development and consistency
- Expertise in short-form & long-form content (reels, scripts, captions, decks)
- Experience in creator scouting, briefing, and relationship management
- Ability to ideate and execute campaigns from insight to launch
- Strong cross-functional coordination (design, product, sales)
- Understanding of quick-commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart) as growth and content channels
- Basic analytical skills ability to read performance and optimize content

- A genuine obsession with how brands show up on social media is non-negotiable
Role Responsibilities
Own the Brand Voice
- Write everything captions, scripts, packaging copy, website content, and ads
- Ensure the brand sounds distinct, sharp, and never generic
Lead Content Strategy & Execution
- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Ideate formats, write or brief content, coordinate with design, and ensure timely execution
Run the Content Engine
- Own the full cycle: ideate → write → brief → publish → optimize
- Focus on output that goes live and performs not just strategy decks
Drive Launch Campaigns
- Build complete content ecosystems for product launches
- From teasers to reveals create narratives people want to follow and share
Manage Creator Collaborations
- Write scripts creators actually want to use
- Brief effectively and ensure content feels authentic while staying on-brand
Track, Learn, Improve
- Monitor performance across content
- Analyze engagement, shares, and audience behavior
- Continuously refine content based on insights
