Job Requirements

Qualification: MBA from Tier2 Institute

Experience: 2-3 years of working experience

Key Skills: ATL Media, Project Management, worked in highly penetrated categories preferably Soap, handled 15cr+ budget, Strong business acumen, Sales background preferred but not necessary, working knowledge of Nielsen and IMRB is also a preference

Job Responsibilities:

• Building Multiple categories under Medimix brand
• Delivering Topline and Bottomline targets in sync with aligned ABP numbers
• Strategize ATL Plans for the portfolio with Media Agency
• Building Robust SKU Strategy to deliver targets
• Budget Management with ROI centric approach
• Conduct Market Visits to understand future possibilities of category growth
• Drive activations for the category in the market
