Key Responsibilities
- Performance & Advertising:
Lead creative development for performance ads (video, static, UGC, and
influencer assets) across Meta, Google, YouTube, and new digital channels.
Ideate, create, and test ad concepts in collaboration with in-house creatives,
freelancers, and agencies, ensuring strong brand alignment and measurable
impact.
Partner closely with the growth team to analyze ad performance data, iterate
creatives, and identify winning messages and visuals.
- Creative Network & Production Management:
Build and manage a network of freelancers, editors, designers, and creative
boutiques to deliver high-quality, quick-turnaround assets.
Oversee content creation workflows from briefing to delivery maintaining
speed and consistency across formats and platforms.
Coordinate with external agencies for campaign execution and production
excellence.
Lead CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp with timely
delivery of assets and analysing communication.
Build monthly calendars which help deliver repeat purchases while keeping
brand affinity in check
Identify opportunities to personalize communication based on behavioral or
purchase insights.
- Product & Campaign Launches:
Support new product and micro-campaign launches with ideation, creative
briefs, execution timelines, and post-campaign analysis.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, growth, and operations to deliver
aligned, on-brand go-to-market rollouts.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in brand marketing, performance creative strategy, or
campaign execution (preferably in a D2C or digital-first brand).
- Strong creative sensibility with exposure to digital advertising (Meta, YouTube,
Google, etc.).
- Understanding of CRM platforms and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience working with external agencies, freelancers, or production teams to
deliver creatives at speed.
- Analytical mindset able to interpret creative performance data and drive
optimization.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and agile thrives in a fast-paced, testing-focused
environment.
