Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane-Mumbai for an Assistant Branch Manager-Lending. The individual will oversee lending operations, assist in managing the branch's financial services, and ensure compliance with regulations. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating loan applications, building and maintaining client relationships, managing teams, driving sales performance, and ensuring efficient operations to meet branch targets. The Assistant Branch Manager will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in team management, performance evaluation, and driving results
• Strong knowledge and experience in lending products, loan application processing, and financial advisory services
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Prior experience in the financial services or banking industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in financial tools and software, and understanding of regulatory guidelines
