Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities for tile adhesives, waterproofing solutions, and other construction chemicals in the Raipur region.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business results.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct product demonstrations, provide technical support, and resolve customer issues promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in the building material industry (construction chemicals).
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
- Strong understanding of tile adhesives, waterproofing solutions, epoxy resins, putties etc.
