Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. This mid-level, full-time position is based in multiple locations of South and North India . The ideal candidate should possess 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, particularly within the telecommunications industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in sales roles, particularly within the FTTH and telecommunications industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of FTTH solutions and technical specifications.
  • Expertise in channel sales and B2B sales strategies with a successful track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and manage agreements effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing.
  • Prefer Candidate from Kerala & Willing to travel All India.
  • Language proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu & other Indian languages

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee sales operations across designated areas to maximize revenue growth and market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing and sales plans.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their skills and improve team performance.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report on achievements to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely solutions to customer issues.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.
