Role Description
* Manage Distribution network ( Trivandrum,Kollam, Pathanamthitta )
* Develop secondary and Tertiary Market in Trade Bussiness
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Area Sales Manager, based in Kochi, with partial remote work flexibility. The role includes managing sales operations in the assigned region, achieving sales targets, and developing relationships with new and existing clients. The Assistant Area Sales Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, provide product demonstrations, and ensure customer satisfaction. The position also entails collaborating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and managing reports to improve business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in achieving sales targets and client acquisition.
- Knowledge of market analysis and strategic planning for developing sales territories and identifying opportunities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting, coupled with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, displaying self-motivation and effective time management for on-site and remote tasks.
- Familiarity with the furniture fittings and hardware industry or similar sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant work experience.
