DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong exposure to industrial visits & client handling
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and channel partners
- Promote the full range of BOSS products to distributors, retailers, and influencers
- Ensure regular stock replenishment and proper display at retail counters
- Monitor and improve secondary sales
- Collect and analyze competitor activities, pricing, and product feedback
- Share insights with product and marketing teams for strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and professional personality
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate or MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
- 36 years in sales (preferably in adhesives, sealants, building materials, or construction chemicals)
