Job Description

  • Assistant Area Manager at Mangalore, you will support the Region on daily operations within a designated area.
  • Collaborate develop and implement strategies to improve overall performance and profitability.
  • Assist in conducting regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Coordinate and arrange promotional events and campaigns.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • 0-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Building Materials Industry.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and skilled in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Flexibility to travel within the designated area as needed.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
