We are looking for an Assistant Agentic AI Engineer with 1+ years of experience in developing LangChain/LangGraph-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge in LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI Frameworks, along with a strong willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest AI advancements.

• Assist in implementing Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI) to build intelligent workflows.
• Work with multiple LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and understand their capabilities and limitations.
• Support Prompt Engineering efforts to optimize LLM interactions.
• Leverage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for enhanced AI response generation.
• Leverage AI platforms like Hugging Face/GitHub to experiment with pretrained models.
• Contribute to developing system architectures using FastAPI, Uvicorn, Celery, and AI pipelines.
• Build interactive AI applications using Streamlit for prototyping and showcasing AI models.
• Assist in ML model development and apply:
• Model development lifecycle (Development, Validation, Testing, k-fold cross-validation).
• Performance evaluation metrics (Confusion Matrix, Precision, Recall, F1-score, etc.).
• Stay updated with new AI innovations through continuous learning.

Basic experience in:

• LangChain/LangGraph-based solutions (1+ years).
• Prompt Engineering for LLM-based applications.
• Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.).
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• System architecture (FastAPI, Uvicorn, Celery).
• AI/ML platforms (Hugging Face for model hosting & fine-tuning).
• ML Frameworks: Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Streamlit for AI application development.
• Strong foundational knowledge in: Data Structures, Probability & Statistics, and Machine Learning Concepts (Classification, Regression, Clustering, etc.)

Additional Skills:

• Ability to explain AI/ML concepts to technical & non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or AI.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
