Assistant Accountant

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Accountant located in Amritsar. The Assistant Accountant will handle daily financial tasks, including bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparation of financial reports, data entry, and account reconciliation. Key responsibilities will also include assisting with the preparation of budgets, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.

• Strong accounting skills, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements
• Proficiency in financial tools such as spreadsheets and accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks
• Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and the ability to manage payroll and taxation processes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management and organizational skills to handle deadlines efficiently
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; bachelor's degree is preferred
• Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is advantageous
