We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Assistant Accountant Manager with strong expertise in
GST, TDS, and hospitality accounting practices. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in the
hotel/F&B industry and be comfortable handling day-to-day accounting operations, compliance, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / CMA preferred)
- 4–7 years of experience, preferably in the hotel or F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
- Good understanding of hospitality-specific accounting (POS integration, inventory, cost control)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and compliance
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger
- Ensure accurate and timely GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and returns filing
- Maintain statutory compliance with all applicable tax laws
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure proper accounting of inventory, cost control, and revenue tracking (important in hotel operations)
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
