  • Diamond Parks, located in Lohegaon, Pune, just 10 km from the Airport, offers a wide array of recreational activities for friends, families, and corporate teams. The park comprises three distinct zones: Diamond Water Park with 32 international water rides and 7 huge pools, Diamond Adventure Park featuring 29 international adventure attractions, and Camp Diamond providing American-style camping with both day and night activities. Renowned for its international safety standards, Diamond Parks ensures a fun-filled and worry-free experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries (receipts, payments, sales, purchases, expenses).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Maintain records of income from ticketing, F&B outlets, retail counters, events, and other revenue sources.

2. Revenue & Expense Management

  • Ensure timely recording of revenue from ticketing system, online platforms, and walk-in counters.
  • Monitor daily cash/credit card/UPI collections and reconcile with system reports.
  • Control and track operational expenses (electricity, water, maintenance, payroll, etc.).
  • Verify vendor invoices and process timely payments.

3. Statutory Compliance

  • Handle GST filing, TDS deduction, PF/ESIC (in coordination with HR), and other statutory payments.
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, and state/local regulations.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Track actual vs. budget expenses and highlight variances.
  • Recommend cost-saving measures without compromising guest experience.

5. Audit & Internal Controls

  • Prepare schedules and support statutory/internal auditors.
  • Implement strong internal controls for cash handling, billing, and inventory.
  • Regularly audit collection counters (ticketing, F&B, retail).

6. Team & Coordination

  • Supervise junior accountants/cashiers and allocate daily tasks.
  • Coordinate with HR, Operations, and F&B departments for financial reconciliations.
  • Provide financial reports to management for decision-making.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Tally ERP / SAP / Zoho / relevant software).
  • Experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality/entertainment environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
  • 47 years of experience in accounting/finance (hospitality, amusement park, hotel, or retail industry preferred).
  • Experience in handling multi-revenue streams (ticketing, food & beverages, retail).
