This role is for an Assistance Finance Controller to serve as a direct representative for the Cluster CFO (CCFO) at an outsourced location. The ideal candidate will take joint ownership of financial operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and act as a key point of contact for financial matters related to their specific cluster.
Responsibilities
- Act as the CCFO's direct representative, ensuring transparency and alignment with financial objectives.
- Jointly manage and take ownership of financial operations and the company's books of accounts.
- Work as an integral part of the Shared Services team to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in financial processes.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the CCFO, addressing financial queries for the specific cluster.
- Collaborate with OTC (Order to Cash) and PTP (Procure to Pay) teams to drive synergies across operational towers.
- Ensure all accounting processes align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Conduct high-level reviews of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements to identify errors or inconsistencies.
- Provide assurance to the CFO/CCFO regarding the completeness and accuracy of the General Ledger (GL).
- Control, review, and sign off on all reconciliations for the Shared Services Center.
- Co-own the Month-end Close calendar with the CCFO/CFO and ensure timely book closure.
- Engage with the CCFO and Finance Managers on compliance-related concerns and potential risks.
- Take a hands-on, action-oriented approach to resolving financial issues and improving process efficiencies.
- Respond promptly to queries from the CCFO and Finance Managers.

- Strong background in Accounting & Finance.
- Expertise in General Ledger (GL) management.
- Experience with Payroll and Operations.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership, including the CCFO.
