Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of asset transfer letters
- Initiate and process asset transfer instructions
- Follow up with clients for required signatures
- Complete documentation for RTA submission
- Coordinate and follow up with Bankers, RTAs, Clients, and Notaries
- Liaise with RTA/AMC for resolving issues and pending cases
- Visit client locations when required
Required Systems Knowledge:
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate with RMs, SRMs, and clients
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good understanding of Mutual Funds, PMS, and Capital Markets
- Knowledge of current and evolving capital market regulations
- Strong data organization and management skills
- Hands-on experience in account opening processes
