O&M Management:Coordinating and supervising Operations & Maintenance contractors, managing spare parts inventory, and ensuring preventive maintenance (panel cleaning, inspection) is completed.
Commercial & Financial Management:Managing contractual obligations (PPAs, land leases, insurance), revenue control (validating energy generation against billing), and vendor payments.
Compliance & Reporting:Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental regulations, grid requirements, and generating monthly/quarterly reports for investors on asset performance and financial health.
Stakeholder Relations:Acting as the primary liaison between asset owners, investors, regulators, and local communities
