Job Description Asset & Infrastructure Manager

Role Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining accurate records and governance of all company assets across

campuses and ensuring infrastructure readiness.

Reporting To: Head Operations

Key Responsibilities

1.Maintain and update Fixed Asset Register (FAR).

2.Conduct asset verification and reconciliation across campuses.

3.Ensure proper asset tagging and tracking. Manage asset transfers between centres.

4.Monitor infrastructure readiness and maintenance activities.

5.Coordinate with finance for asset audits.

6.Work with IT teams on device tracking.

1.FAR accuracy 99%

2.Successful asset reconciliation across centres

3.Zero missing assets during audits

4.Campus infrastructure uptime 98%

Experience

57 years in asset management, infrastructure operations, or facilities management in

multi-location organisations.
