Job Responsibilities

• The Wealth Management Leadership & Regional Management team involvement ranges from internal consulting , strategy, competitor data, expense management , along with management reporting for senior leadership
• Business strategy & performance management : Collaborating with Global COOs on initiatives to drive and streamline business critical projects
• Leadership and internal presentations: Responsible for generation, distribution, and analysis of weekly, monthly and annual management reports. Build and deliver analytical insights to the leadership that will help in forming client, sales & product strategies
• Analyze variances and trends underlying revenues & expenses to provide the business with regular updates through reports supported by well documented commentaries
• Benchmarking against Market competitors, Client Wallet Size Analysis, GS Market share and Ranking
• Devise creative methodologies to improve business efficiency across markets
• Drive resource allocation and headcount management

Basic Qualifications

• Master's degree of Finance, Economics, Business or Commerce.
• Experience in financial services industry, preferably in an analytical or strategy function
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products, tools and utilities for business use, acquaintance to Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, QlikSense, Altreyx) is advantageous
• Strong understanding of wealth management, investment advisory and financial planning products and landscape
