Assessor In-House

• To survey and assess the Claim Application and Making Reports/ Assessments for the losses
• To determine whether the Claim is genuine or not and ensure damaged vehicle is surveyed
• To handle customer/channel escalations.
• Ensure Periodic review of outstanding / pending claims Follow up on pending claims for ensuring speedy disposal.
• To process and settle the claims
• Dealing with external vendors to work within specified TAT.
• To coordinate with various parties Involved like Law enforcement officials, Eyewitness, Lawyers.
• Ensure great relationship with the work shop/ dealers.
• Maintaining TAT of all processes as per defined SOP.

Requirements

• Diploma/ BE/B.tech- Automobile, Mechanical
• Workshop Background/ General Insurance is preferable.
• Should be a Team player.
• Should possess excellent communication and Technical knowledge
• Should have Good Negotiation skills and geographic knowledge.
