Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assessment Expert with 3–4 years of experience in test development and validation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and optimizing high-quality assessments across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop assessments across domains such as aptitude, language, technical, and psychometric tests
  • Review and validate test questions for accuracy, difficulty level, and relevance
  • Ensure assessments meet quality benchmarks, including reliability and validity standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content creators, QA, product, and client success) to deliver customized assessments
  • Analyze test performance data and improve question quality based on insights
  • Work on test library enhancements and standardization processes
  • Support client requirements by mapping job descriptions to relevant assessments
  • Maintain documentation for test frameworks, blueprints, and validation processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in assessment design, psychometrics, or ed-tech content development
  • Strong understanding of assessment frameworks (aptitude, verbal, logical reasoning, etc.)
  • Experience in question writing, reviewing, and quality assurance processes
  • Familiarity with item analysis, difficulty index, discrimination index, etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Good to Have

  • Experience with psychometric test development and validation methodologies
  • Knowledge of CEFR or other language proficiency frameworks
  • Exposure to hiring assessments or recruitment platforms
  • Basic understanding of data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
