Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate- Finance and Accounts

Location: Erode

CTC: 4 to 5 Lakhs

Roles and Responsibilities:

> Preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.

> Review and filing of statutory compliances like GST, TDS and Income tax.

> Review and processing of accounts payable.

> Perform Intercompany reconciliation

> Handling of Audit and finalisation

> Handle queries from various stake holders

> Ensure adherence to agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal policies

Requirements:

> Education:

• B Com/M Com with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience or
• CMA Inter with 1-2 years of relevant experience or
• CA Article ship completed

> Skill Sets

• Advance knowledge from accounting to Finalization of Accounts.
• Basic working knowledge in reporting and statutory compliances like direct & indirect taxes,
• Ability to read and understand various documents including financials.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Good communication skills
• Team Management Skills and willingness to monitor and mentor other staff.
• Hands-on experience with TALLY and MS office
